Host platforms supported by OVP.OVP by definition is not restricted to any specific host platform. However the pre-compiled demos, binaries, executables, and OVPsim downloadable from this website are currently only compiled and available for X86 Windows XP Professional SP2. This is not a Windows XP computer...These demos and binaries only work on Windows XP!If you need an OVP simulator on Linux or other computers please contact ImperasDownloads for Open Virtual Platforms.Currently there are several items available for download. You can download MIPS-Verified(tm) models of a variety of MIPS Technologies processors - these are included as binaries in this download section or as open source in the Library section of this website. There are also models of ARM, and OR1K processors and also wrappers to incorporate Tensilica processors within OVP simulations. There are also various usable platforms and demonstrations available for download - these are real examples, that we have pre-compiled. Please do have a look at the processor specific presentations, view the videos, get a feel for what OVP can offer - download the example platforms (demos) and see how easy it is to build platforms, behavioral components, and processor models with OVP. The simulator and documentation are NOW UP ON THE SITE - as a full release. Please download OVPsim and have a read of the documentation and lets us know how you get on - post something in the forum. Please select on the right from the general downloads you need. On any of these download pages, if the item is not listed in orange - then it is not currently available.
